The Kaouar valley runs in a north-south direction and is about 160 kilometres long. The oasis villages of Séguédine (salt production), Anney, Dirkou and Bilma (salt production) are located in the Kaouar valley, which is cut up to 100 metres deep. In the northern extension of the Kaouar valley is Enneri Blaka, known for its prehistoric rock paintings. - In the background of the picture, the Pic Zoumri near Séguédine. - Kaouar - Niger - 1968
